A Case of Postgastrectomy Syndrome

Abstract

|
A case of postgastrectomy syndrome is reported. The patient 45 years old male was admitted with complaints of feeling of power reduction, full sensation of the stomach and dizziness 3 hours afrer meal from 3 months aftergastrectomy. Based on the clinical symptoms and marked hypoglycemia during. empty stomach, he was diagnosed as showing late symptoms of postgastrectomy syndrome.
